Visit process

No need to feel nervous on your first visit — from the online consult to leaving the clinic, someone will always tell you what comes next.

  1. 1

    Online consult CONSULT ONLINE

Through the website form or WeChat, share your skin concerns, what you'd like to improve, and your rough travel window. A Chinese consultant previews your situation and answers your basic questions.

    • Optional: send bare-face photos to help a first impression
    • No consultation fee (subject to actual policy)
  2. 2

    • Long-term program available on request

BEFORE VISIT

Tips before you arrive

Come bare-faced

On consultation day keep your skin minimal or bare so the doctor can evaluate it accurately.

Write your questions

List your concerns, hopes and worries beforehand so nothing important slips during the consultation.

Leave plenty of time

Your first visit involves assessment and discussion — give yourself buffer in the schedule and avoid rushing.
