Many guests fit their treatment into a trip, with limited time. So that consultation, treatment and any needed rest all fit into your schedule, here is the whole process in order.
Before you fly: talk to us on WeChat
After adding us on WeChat, send your concerns, the treatment you have in mind, your visit date, and ideally a few face photos in natural light. We'll give preliminary advice and a price range and reserve a consultation slot. If you'd like a designated director for a lifting treatment, let us know in advance.
On the day: scan, consultation, treatment
You start with a Meta Vu skin scan (about three minutes), then a consultation with a director to confirm the plan and cost. Once confirmed, treatment can happen the same day; most injection and laser treatments take 30–60 minutes. Chinese or English support is available throughout, and treatment takes place in a private room.
Payment and tax refund
Prices follow the Pricing page — the same as for Korean guests, before VAT; a designated-director surcharge of ₩300,000 applies to lifting treatments. Eligible overseas guests can get tax-refund assistance; please bring your passport.
After you return: WeChat follow-up
Within a week of treatment we check in on WeChat about your recovery; after that, message us any time and we'll reply in Chinese or English. For treatments that need a return visit (such as laser courses or Botox), we'll tell you the right timing in advance.
